Business Cards Order

Vista Print! Does anyone know how to create an e commerce site such as this one?
I am trying to figure out what type of software Vistaprint uses which allows customers to creat and view thier business card orders before ordering. Anyone have a clue?

Marketing professionals, Help! Do you go through this to?
I work in the marketing dept. at a small company that has no idea what marketing is or does. A few years back they did a rebranding from the biggest marketing firm in this area and re-vamped everything. They still have no clue what the importance of marketing is, even 1 million dollars later. They have been in business 20 years, but have stayed at the same 10million dollar revenue level, which is currently declining because in recent years they have lost their niche due to new competition. My question is, is there anyone else out there in the marketing department that is forced to make copies, printings, do dataentry, print business cards, order shirts and other things for people in the company, cleaning the database, sending emails and letters for the sales department, signing the salespeople up for tradeshows, entering contacts in the database for sales and setting them appointments and 'to do's? among other things. Once ina great while we do have a press release or a list to research, but most of the time I feel like an administrative assistant, and so does my co-worker. (there are 2 of us in the department). We are never involved in any decision about products or promotion or advertising. And here the sales department is held on a pedestal and the whole company is on edge because sales have been down recently. If only they knew what we are capable of. My co-worker and supervisor has over 20 years expereince and had to take this job because she is here taking care of her aging father, I am here because its a recession, but looking elswhere. I have 5 years experience. Any thought, insight or advice is greatly appreciated! We have talked to our manager but to no avail, and have talked to other people, but it falls on deaf ears and no one seems to care. I think a big aspect is we are woman and are talked down to, but also no one has any idea how the dept. is suppose to work!!

Can I be forced to submit a W-9 over $37?
I run a small business making business cards. All work, production/design/shipping takes place in my home state of TN. Now, a medical office in California sent a W9 form to me requesting my Social Security # so that they can issue a Calif. W2 for a $37 business card order. All this work was performed in TN. I did not fly to their office 2,000 miles away to do $37 worth of work in CA. Do I have to comply with this request?
